🚚 UK Shipping

• Standard Delivery (Tracked): 2–4 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
• All orders are shipped with full tracking and proof of delivery.

Age Verification:
As required by UK law, all knife deliveries must be signed for by someone aged 18 or over. Age verification may be requested at checkout and/or upon delivery.

🌍 International Shipping

• We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
• Typical times:
• Europe: 4–15 business days
• USA/Canada: 7–25 business days
• Australia/NZ: 10–30 business days

Customs & Duties:
All international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

📬 Tracking & Delivery Issues

• You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
• If your parcel is delayed, please wait 48 hours after the expected delivery before contacting us.
• If your item is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and either replace or refund.

 

❌ Failed Deliveries

• If a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g. incorrect address, failed age verification), we will contact you. Re-shipping may incur an additional charge.
